Chief among those that boldly showcase Umahi to the world is Chika Nwoba. Umahi doesn’t only abuse power while his critics, he also go for their lives. Chika”s experience alone, is traumatizing.

. If you read what he wrote about Umahi, especially as it relates to how many manual laborers (mostly people that were owed) that he keeps in Abakaliki prison for no serious offense, you will not believe it. The families of many of these young souls think they are dead, without knowing they are in Umahis hand. There was a time, he arrest people that post the things he doesn’t like on Facebook. This is terrible. I am beginning to believe that he take Mkpurummiri as claimed by his critiques
He has zero rating in human capital management. The knowledge I have regarding how he manages the human resources capital resources in his state can be best said to be horrible
His appointees are the worst hit, except few stubborn ones among them. Imagine a Development Centre coordinator, just day before yesterday was here on Facebook begging for who will buy him a phone. Someone actually came for to aid. This coordinator is among those Umahi made state elders.
Political appointment are sometimes accepted for the sake of growing ones C.V and getting contacts as well. Those working for Umahi, surely do not have hope in today but what will happen tomorrow after he leaves office. His preferred successor, is his state house speaker. He was seen in videos, rushing to open door for the governor when he arrived at an event. Ebonyi State has no HA but a ready rubber stamp that stamps the governor’s will.
