I was not entirely surprised to see that Tnubu selected Two Mondays to start his campaign in the SE .One In Nov 2022 and the other in Jan 2023.
Strutting around captured Zones is a common behaviour in steet life.Its not restricted to SW.Strutting around to gain attention and starting conflicts is common toso.
SE is not a captured area for Tinubu and he knows too well that Sweners are welcome in SE.
So that leaves one with one other imagination.Is a group within the divided Rock promising to give him an ace between Nov 2022 and Feb 2023? Is some one trying to stylishly free incacerated political Biafran leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and he wants to claim credit? Does he want to claim his boy Fashola single handedly brought the second Niger bridge?
The reason i think Tinubu wants to visit on a Monday is to to challenege the SE elite..that while IPOB forces it to sit at home on Mondays .He, Tinubu is free to move about on a monday.
In Igboland..You do not injure a person whose medical bill you will still pay. I am surprised Tinubu as close as he is to igbos has misjudged the igbo psyche.
SE are traders..giants at that, Its a tribe that can sense dangers and dump stock at the slightest opportunity.Its a tribe that can qucikly study market trends and adjust accordingly.These qualities are transalated into the non commercial life.
In the mind of Ndigbo, Tinubu,NOT SW is the enemy because he brought the Enemy to our doorstep and caused us to suffer for 8 years. SE began to show more inteest in presidency when it becamse clear that SW was going to allow Tinubu to lead them a third time. No one else.No Fayemi..No Adesina..only him from the great tribe.As experts in judging trends.SE knows fully well another 8years of suffering is on the way. So he must be resisted by voting.
It would be very wrong of IPOB or an other group to even uphold the sit at home on the monday of his visit. If Nnamdi Kanu is free by then ,good for his visit, If NOT. Tinubu should still be free to visit Imo and Anambra without even a complain. Not even a whimper.
After all he is not going to drag imolites out of our houses. Bubu tried it twice and met empty streets. He is welcome on the 22nd Nov.Ndigbo are being recognised all over the world where we have settled.We cannot prevent people from coming into our land.
What ever happens Ndigbo should continue remembering the story of the child with a bunch of wild mushrooms
