N400,000 in damages against the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transport, Mr. H Onu, Mr K.E.Odoh and Mr Okeh who are Vehicle Inspection Officers. The order was made in the suit instituted against the defendants by Barr. John Nwobodo.
