1. Rtrd CSP Nwafor was indicted by the Anambra State Judicial Panel on Police Brutality 2020;
2. The Report of the Panel submitted to Gov Obiano and later received by Gov Soludo
3. Both Governors, particularly Gov Soludo, have hidden the Report from the public;
4. Rtrd CSP Nwafor was the security enforcer of Gov Obiano until he was exposed in October 2020, following ENDSars protests
5. No sooner he was exposed and he was relieved of his position, he became the Chief Security Officer of Chukwuma Soludo Governorship Campaigns
6. Rtrd CSP Nwafor is protected by Governors in the SE Region.
Examples:
a. During the one year sitting of the Anambra State Judicial Panel on Police Brutality, Rtrd CSP Nwafor hid in Government House, Awka, making it impossible for judicial summons to be served on him;
b. The hierarchy of the police, notably the late DIG Egbunike protected Nwafor
thus making it impossible for the police authorities to apprehend despite many petitions demanding his arrest. Same protection has been extended to him by a serving DIG who’s from Ebonyi State like Nwafor. But, why is Rtrd CSP Nwafor running from justice?
Rtrd CSP Nwafor had over 200 petitions against him before the Judicial Panel in Awka for murders. It is believed that the murders were connected to ritual organ harvesting. A fact supported by new revevelations the police hierarchy is trying to suppress
Rtrd CSP Nwafor latches on to political power – read Governors – for his personal protection from law and justice; and the Governors in turn ensure that he enforces their devious political rules – euphemism for assassination of opponents.
Rtrd CSP Nwafor is a private citizen and he should not be treated as if he works for the police that you need permission of the IGP to arrest him. No. He’s a fugitive. All the
has to do: is to declare him A WANTED PERSON.
Meanwhile, your intelligence eyes should be fixed on the Government Houses in Anambra – these are places he’s likely holding out, while being protected by Anambra State Government; or Abakaliki where he often appears at funeral ceremonies protected by ESN members.
