There is nothing “INDEPENDENT” about INEC. The electoral umpire has always displayed partisanship in a manner that befuddles the mind. Why would INEC predicate its defence on technicalities if was confident that its actions and inactions in the elections are fraud-free. All INEC needs to do is to avail all parties all the electoral materials and information they need, sit back and watch them disprove the results before the judges.
