INEC deceived the court that they need permission to reconfigure BVAS machine for the governorship election. Upon getting the court permission, they wiped off the entire presidential election polling unit results captured by the BVAS just to cover up their crimes.
They even wiped off the entire presidential results from FCT, where there was no gubernatorial election. Unbelievable!!
INEC lawyers at the tribunal led by Abubakar Mahmoud agreed the commission was wrong to have deleted the results but hold that the crime was done in only 3% of the entire BVAS used for the 2023 elections.
