The President of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Yakubu Y.C Maikyau collected a N1billion contract from his friend, former Kebbi Governor, Abubakar Bagudu, in 2022 for the Supply of 200 Beds in Kalgo Local Government, Kebbi State. Maikyau brought Biotsadt Limited to execute the contract. After the N1billion was paid to Acct 0001647208, Access Bank, no bed was supplied till date, according to a petition gathering dust in the shelves of the EFCC. You can now see why organizations such as the NBA, NLC, TUC, NUPENG are now deaf and dumb. They can’t speak against the ills of the society anymore!
