PRESIDENTIAL AMNESTY COORDINATOR, MAJ. GEN NDIOMU, RTD, SEARCHING STAFF PHONES AT GUN POINT Interim Administrator, Maj. Gen. Barry T. Ndiomu (rtd.) of the Presidential Amnesty Program, PAP, has militarized the agency, using Soldiers to search staff members phones at gun point to see who have Jackson Ude’s numbers. Ndiomu is angry how a memo from PAP which discredited the Bayelsa APC Deputy Governorship candidate, Joshua Maciver, membership of the PAP Program. Maciver who escaped from the Kaduna Prison in 2006, had claimed to have been granted Amnesty in his bid to be Deputy Governor. But a memo from the PAP dated July 7, 2023 said no record of such was found. Since the expose was made by me, military men on the orders of Ndiomu, invaded the agency, seized staff phones and ordered them to reveal their phone passwords. The phones are still being checked for my number and possible communications with me. Ndiomu’s tenure had expired since May 29, 2023. But he still goes to the office, and signs documents, perpetuating the impunity that has defined Nigeria!
