Gabonese leader says suspension of institutions is temporary with the purpose of correcting them

The leader of the rebels in Gabon promised to make the institutions of power more democratic General Bris Oligi Nguema spoke about plans to reorganize the institutions of power in the country. “The dissolution of the institutions is temporary.
