Russia wheat production for the 2021/22 crop year is estimated at 85.0 million metric tons (mmt), down 1 percent from last month and down slightly from last year’s record, but up 9 percent from the 5-year average. The estimate includes 64.0 mmt of winter wheat and 21.0 mmt of spring wheat.
