LITTLE QUESTIONS FOR THE KANO STATE ZOOM COURT JUSTICES
- How are we sure that their lordships (not my lordships) were not on invisible remote gunpoint in that zoom court wherefrom the judgement were read.
- You deducted over 160,000 votes from the winner which automatically enabled the APC to come up with the highest votes. Can you please answer these questions :
(i) Was it not INEC that was supposed to sign the ballot papers?
(ii) How is it supposed to be the fault of the Political parties and the electorates.
(iii) How come it’s only the NNPP Voters that used the unsigned ballot papers, so that not even one ballot paper of the APC candidate was invalidated.
(iv) In all these, why is INEC not sanctioned for dereliction of duty by issuing unsigned ballot papers to voters?
- Before the conclusion of the tribunal sitting, it was alleged that one of the judges was whisked by the DSS. Can anyone tell us :
(i) What was the offense of the said judge?
(ii) Was it an intimidation to make a possible minority ruling fall in line with a premeditated outcome.
(i) Why was the reason for the arrest not made public?
- Why have the judges not ordered or called for the arrest of the commissioner (now sacked) who threatened that there will be violence if the tribunal upturns the governor’s victory?
(i) Is anyone afraid that the former commissioner may open a possible carn of worms? Hence, the preference to off-your-mic strategy through unhealthy silence.
- The NNPP spokesman said their lawyers were not given the opportunity to cross examine the said unsigned ballot papers because it was brought through the bench. Whatever that means, it points to abnormality.
(i) Can their lordships exercise their rights of reply by telling the world why they took that route.
Finally , Kwankwaso should go to court (Appeal) if e no like the ruling.
That is what you get when you lose guard. It’s not about holding meeting in Paris and Aso Rock.
