We have just concluded talks with the Director of the DSS. unfortunately, he was just arriving from the collection of Certificate of Return of His Excellency the Imo Governor. From his explanations, he could not inform EEDC of this meeting, hence our resolution to reschedule. He also advised that since EEDC had started releasing light in some areas in the state, and since the strike which took off off light had been called off, the need for us to continue with the protest is no longer there. We agreed that the meeting with the EEDC would hold on a later date to talk about other things troubling our people.
