Yesterday night we received a distress report that some men of the Nigerian army accompanied by Ebubeagu security outfit on an at least 10 Hilux military vans went for a kidnapping mission at Total in Ihiala, Anambra State. This happened at around 7:30-8:00pm yesterday evening. According to the report, they teargas the whole area, shot sporadically into the air and carried out massive abductions of innocent people into their vans. The report had it that they abducted and made away with not less than 50 innocent persons.
