The Federal Capital Territory High Court has approved the plea of former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Godwin Emefiele, to travel outside Abuja. Nevertheless, the court has stipulated that Emefiele is required to stay within the country. The initial bail conditions confined him to the Federal Capital Territory. Emefiele, represented by his attorney Mathew Bukka, sought a modification of these terms. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
