According to a report sent to Family Writers Press International, a large group of Fulani herdsmen in Ebonyi State has claimed that the cows they parade about and use in massive destructions of farmlands in the state actually belongs to the Ebonyi State governor, Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru (

So governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru of Ebonyi State is actually the one bringing Fulani herdsmen into the state and encouraging them to encroach and destroy our farmlands and crops. We have not heard from the governor but we expect to hear from him if this Fulani herders claim is true. There must be NO open grazing of Fulani cows in our land, it is banned and will remain banned till eternity.
