Bola Ahmed Tinubu should reverse his unpopular and draconic economic policies that have negative impact on the economy thereby causing investors to relocate their investments to other business friendly economy. The pretentious naira floating policy is not working and will never work, other countries that tried it have reversed such Bretonwood policy. Tinubu should peg the naira at N700, N750, N800 or N850 and save the naira from falling. The hiring of a million, Ben Bruce, Shehu Sani and Reno Omokri to promote the naira floating will not save the nation’s currency from constant falling. Tinubu inherited an economy of $346bn and now he is running an economy of $252bn and I guess Buhari is the cause. Nigeria revenue has not grown under Bola Ahmed Tinubu what we are seeing is the valueless naira that looks fat in figure but so useless in purchasing power. A N9.1trn appears big in figure but convert to dollar with the current exchange rate and use the exchange rate of N750 of the Buhari era, you will see that there is no increase in revenue but the naira is useless in value. When a Federal chose to increase import duty to N1,600/$ , the resultant effect is high cost goods and services and rise in headline inflation. They claim the government cannot reverse pump price of petrol due to the landing cost, peg the naira at N800/$ and the landing cost of petrol will drop from the claimed N1,117 far lesser amount. And finally I don’t want to agree with folks who claim Bola Ahmed Tinubu is not in charge of the affairs this nation, Tinubu is fully in charge and he is playing his Lagos script on the entire Nigeria but Nigeria no bi Lagos.
