JOINT OPERATION IN THE NORTHWEST: WHY THE TEMPO AND MOMENTUM SEEMS LOST WITH ALL DSS PERSONEL BACK TO OFFICE.

3/4. Indeed, Bello Matawalle’s photo sessions at the airport, guest house, and inspecting military parades were a further guarantee that the operation will turn out abnormal, which it certainly did.
5. Initial success recorded within the first nine days was because the spirit of the deployed troops was high, believing that the government would give them all they required to sustain the onslaught until the bandits were decimated
6. But low fighting spirit on the part of the join forces was a major set back on Account of: (a) ignoring shared intelligence (b) undermining certain segments of the joint intelligence staff. Pay fighting troops all their allowances, feed them well, in addition to utilizing intelligences shared to the fullest without selecting which to use and which to abandoned out of sheer envy.
