This is my dad.

My dad fought the Civil war also known as Biafran War. He was conscripted at just 18yrs to defend Igbo people from Yakubu Gowon’s massacre.
It was one of his biggest stories to us while growing up. He doesn’t fail to show us his scars and bullet pellets in his body.
One of the highlights of his stories was when Nigerian army opened fire in their hideout. Every single soul in that bush died except him. He was particularly at shot at but mysteriously the bullet flew over. He feigned death by lying lifeless amongst about 13 other corpses until they left while saying words to themselves in Hausa language.
So if you think I will pat Peter Obi on the back for fraternising with a genocidist and war criminal by writing long epistles of encomium for him, then you’re absolutely insane and delusional.
