Reuben Abati’s 4th wife, Kiki, has a consulting agency in Lagos, and one of the biggest clients of that business is an airline business called Air Peace.
Air Peace is owned by Allen Onyema, from Mbosi Anambra State.
Allen Onyema has been so supportive of Kiki and her growth, and he has encouraged her to scale in his own little way even though they don’t speak the same language.
Beside what Air Peace is doing for the wife, Reuben works for a TV station owned by a man with the name Nduka.
Even with all these close relationships with Igbo people, which I expected him to have known better about my people, Reuben still holds a deep resentment and hate for a tribe where two of the biggest benefactors come from.
Even when he was given an opportunity this morning to retract what he said yesterday by his colleague, Ojay Okpe, who reminded him that it is wrong to tarnish a whole tribe with one man’s experience, an experience that is not even verified, Reuben chose to bully her because, you know, he is an elder and she is younger, but what Reuben taught us with his bully behaviour this morning is that foolish people grow old as well, and with his behaviour this morning, Reuben is one of those foolish old men who were lucky to grow old.
With this crass irresponsible behavior on TV, Reuben has shown that he is an enemy to Ndigbo and a not a friend.
If we are to forget everything, let’s not forget that educated bigot called Reuben Abati lied against Ndigbo on National TV by projecting what we are not to the whole world.
