100m dollar’s for water is over 150 billion Nair what is the method of payback and the billions already spent for water in Enugu state is the Governor starting a new water projects or continuing from the old projects just a humble question for explanations I mean no harm , because 180 days is over we saw water rushing in some areas and order water projects been inspected by our great Governor of our state and piping on going over one year now can the water co operation tell Enugu people how much has been spent so far for this water projects before looking for another 100m dollars this is very heavy o,is this money a loan to Enugu state what’s is the interest rate how many years to pay back from what source,or is it a ppp project how can they recover there money is it through taxing from water metering just a simple question for proper clarifications , thanks Michael o Ekwueme olo1ofolo
