The Ivorian armed forces will soon benefit from increased support thanks to a major donation of 12 armored personnel carriers, offered by the United States government. Although delivery of the equipment is expected in the coming weeks, American military trainers are already present in Côte d’Ivoire to prepare Ivorian soldiers to use this new equipment. This mission aims to ensure optimal handling of the vehicles, in particular by training the drivers and mechanics of the armed forces. The objective is to guarantee complete mastery of this equipment before its operational deployment.
