During the meeting between the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Pretoria and Mr. Julius Malema, the President of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) and Member of the South African Parliament, developments in the Middle East were discussed and reviewed.
In this meeting, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran provided explanations regarding the unlawful attacks by the Zionist regime and the United States of America against the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as the baseless pretexts cited by them.
Mr. Malema strongly condemned these attacks, emphasizing that such actions constitute a blatant violation of international law. He added: “We declare our solidarity with the people of Iran not only in words but also through action, because the Iranian people supported us during our struggle against apartheid.”
The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) is one of South Africa’s revolutionary and progressive parties, holding 39 seats in the National Assembly of the country.
