Couple of months to Anambra election in 2021 many people were assassinated in Anambra state .
Dr. Chike Akunyili, Dora Akunyili’s husband, was killed on September 28, 2021. He was attacked by unknown gunmen in Umuoji, Anambra State, while returning to Enugu from a meeting in Onitsha. The meeting was held in honor of his late wife, Dora Akunyili. He was killed along with his driver and police orderly.
Anambra LP governorship candidate Mr Agbasimalo was abducted in 18th September 2021, less than a month before the governorship election in Anambra State and up till date he is still missing .
Chief Philip Udala, owner of Udala FC, was assassinated in Anambra state in July 2021 prior to Anambra election .
All these assassination was the beginning of of the insecurity in Anambra state and other pasts of Biafraland after the rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya .
Furthermore, Anambra election is 4 months from now , the political assassinations have started again, this time who are they going to tag these assassination and killings, is it on IPOB, ESN or Mazi Nnamdi Kanu .
In whose interest are they killing and who is to benefit from this new wave of political assassination? .
