According to her the illegal deduction was made sometime this year and all efforts to get the refund has been abortive.Illegal withdrawal are common with banks in Nigeria though on a smaller scale.
When confronted most banks claim that its the handwork of scammers and that the account were hacked by people who had access to the security details of the account.
So far there is no response to her call on twitter
