The military regimes in the AES are proving to us Africans that the borrowed western democracy is nothing but an enabler of corruption and treasury looting.
The cost of governance in a military regime is minimal. There will be no bogus legislative expenditure, no prayers is been sent, no exotic SUVs , no multi million naira expenditure for newspapers, no multi billion naira for a corrupt and fraudulent electoral body.
There will be no fake investors that will come with empty briefcase and demand for billions of dollar compensation for doing nothing.
If sharing of money is not major issue on the table, the focus will be on governance and the people will benefit immensely .
But unfortunately for us in Nigeria, even khaki men are grossly corrupt.
