THE PURPOSE OF LIFE IS TO LIVE A LIFE OF PURPOSE!

Life becomes meaningful when we fulfill our purpose rather than abuse it. Many of us have narrowed our focus to simply living for ourselves and our families, overlooking our broader responsibilities before God.
God created each person with a specific purpose and corresponding obligations that align with His expectations throughout our lives. Everyone needs to understand their responsibilities to God. By recognizing these obligations, we can better appreciate how God has equipped us and will continue to provide what we need to fulfill our duties. How else would I tell you that God’s unwavering support and protection for you are part of His plan for you?
However, if we are aware of these responsibilities and ignore them, we become willful trespassers, increasing our guilt. Refusing to let God reign over us, just as Pharaoh did when he asked, “Who is the Lord that I should listen to His voice?”—is a grave mistake.
Today, we see some individuals maligning or blackmailing God and His work. Friends, this is a dangerous path—mocking God, His work, or His servants whom you may not fully understand. It is wise to avoid such attitudes, as they come with serious consequences. Along this route, King Nebuchadnezzar and Pharaoh come to mind.
Consider what the Bible says: “After this presentation to Israel’s leaders, Moses and Aaron spoke to Pharaoh. They told him, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: Let my people go so they may hold a festival in my honor in the wilderness.’” Pharaoh replied, “Is that so? And who is the Lord? Why should I listen to him and let Israel go? I don’t know the Lord and will not let Israel go.” (Exodus 5:1-2)
Beloved, remember the whole story and what happened to Pharaoh? This illustrates the outcome for those who choose to oppose God’s obligations.
May we look inward today to examine ourselves and make the necessary corrections to align with God’s plan for our lives. Today’s message urges us toward repentance to ensure we fulfill our obligations before God.
The purpose of life is to live a life of purpose according to God’s plan for you.
This is your week.
