Today June 24, 2025. A bomb placed by remnants of Auto criminals in Ekeubaheze market Awo Idemili, Orsu Imo state, exploded on a bustling market day. Reports indicate that this bomb was placed in the market sometime ago when those criminals were pursuing villagers to comply with their enforced stay-at-home orders.
Regrettably, that bomb wasn’t defused earlier and it unexpectedly detonated, resulting in the deaths of several market women and others suffering serious injuries.
