This is a queue for CNG in Edo state Nigeria according to the picture, I first learn about its introduction some years back when Jonathan Goodluck was the President and things where relatively better than now, Compress Natural Gas was spoken of in good light by those using it without any sentiment, fast forward to the official relaunching of this same product by the APC in 2024 sadly 😢 it received a wide condemnation and rejection, some of the opinion are contradictory others despite not having any full knowledge just write to prove a point.
Some of the lingering questions I want to ask are …
- How many cases of CNG accident have we witness since it introduction till date ?
- How efficient is it compare to PMS ?
- How many of those CNG buses in use in various states have had complications?
History told us us Electricity received a similar condemnation during the industrial age, people feared and say many unfounded things about it as it was said of CNG today in Nigeria/David Shuaibu
