When a nation’s leader lies at an international event, it signals deep-rooted corruption.
It’s sadding to have a leader with a history of corruption allegations and drug related issues to state “there is no more corruption in my government”
How can he make such statement knowing the institutions that should give the clean bill are all corrupt.
~ We don’t have an independent audit of the government finances, the institutions to do that are corrupt.
~ Our judicial and media have been bought over by same government and can not subject the government to contract, appointment and public spending scrutiny
~ We don’t have a functional legislative arm of government to carry out oversight functions.
~ Our public asset declaration of all the cabinet members are supervised by corrupt institution.
Can anybody in #Tinubu Government truly be defended of corruption.
While I wait to know of anyone in this useless government. It’s a shame that President Tinubu make such statement at an international event.
Until we stop the politics of religion and tribal bigotry Nigeria will continue to be a “laughing stock”,and Giant of corruption ❗
