LAFENWA/ITELE ROAD PROJECT TO BE READY IN 2023, ADEOLA ASSURES.

The candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) for Ogun West Senatorial District, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola CON has assured residents of Ota/Lafenwa/Itele road that the construction of about 5 kilometres road from Golden Estate Gate/Mopol Junction/Ayetoro Ijagba/Lafenwa to Ota would be completed and commissioned in 2023.
Adeola, who was represented by Mr Babatunde Osho, the Head of Project said construction work will be active on site as soon as they commence the project and promised that they will touch every part of the entire stretch.
Osho informed Kabiesi, High Chiefs, Baales and Political leaders at the meeting that construction of roads, schools and hospitals are part of Senator Adeola’s plan for the people of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government and also noted that Senator Adeola will not start a project and abandon it.
The Chief Engineer in charge of the project, Engr. Temitope Micheal said the project is a very challenging job with erosion problem, but will be done phase by phase with concrete drainage at both sides of the road. He said they have done the survey and drawing and will be flagging off the project anytime soon.
Chairman of Ogun State House of Assembly Commission, Hon. Olaiwola Taiwo in his words persuaded the contractor to speed off the project in order to push the community progress to an encouraging level before the end of the year.
He said he knew that Senator Adeola was optimistic the project would be delivered on record time, charging the contractor to scale up the pace of work after the flag off.
Also speaking at the Palace of Olota, The Majority Leader of Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt. (Hon.) Sherif Abiodun Yusuf said Governor Dapo Abiodun MFR, knew the importance of Lafenwa/Itele and other strategic roads in Ogun West.
He said the road, when completed, will complement the network of roads done by Prince Dapo Abiodun’s Administration in Ota to ease transportation and connectivity to improved socio-economic activities in the corridor.
Representing the Olota of Ota, Oba (Prof.) Abdulkabir Adeyemi Obalanlege, Lanlege Ekun II, the Seriki of Ota, High Chief Olanrewaju Bashorun said the Olota-in-Council are for the progress of Awori land and hereby support the re-election of Governor Dapo Abiodun and Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola as Ogun West Senator in making the Lafenwa/Itele road project a reality. He said the council is in full support of the “Building Our Future Together” Agenda of Governor Dapo Abiodun’s government.
He also appreciate the Senator and urge him to fast track the construction project for the benefit of the people.
Present at the meeting are: Odota of Ota, High Chief Dele Adeniji; Seriki of Ota, High Chief Olanrewaju Bashorun; SA to Governor Dapo Abiodun, Hon. Bankole Solomon Adebiyi; Hon. Babatunde Okoya; Ota Ward 1 and Ward 2 Councilors, Hon. Monsuru Talabi and Hon. Durojaiye Yusuf respectively; APC Leaders, Ward Chairmen and Ward Coordinators of Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola among others.

Come to their dooming at egbeda come and see abardon project very useless set of people, come to ademola afolabi and akinyola, street off orelope, gbenle street off olugbede abeoukuta street, abuleodu, awori street. all this street mention are not more than 32 houses in eachstreet all this street are at the back of his house they are just like mopol junction very rough and hen rainfall na sorry, so yayi that cannot construct street road, promising u people almost 6kilometer road bet, this road will turn to abardon project just he used to abardon order I go in peace.
