A circular From Anambra State Government dated 23rd Jan 2023 has banned touts in the state for the third time.
The circular was signed by Sir Paul Nwosu.
In the circular,the commissioner requested that Touts should head to their local governments with their names for employment.

Government Of Professor Charles Soludo banned touts in March and Sept 2022.
Touts have become very powerful in Anambras social fabric.
Most observers feel that the touts will again over power the state government
