This epistle is not entirely unexpected from the BAT camp!
He said it that he will fight dirty! He is prepared to rewrite history, destroy any relationships whether they are personal or group. For instance, the flourishing harmony and co-operation between the Yorubas and Ndigbo especially since this dispensation do not worth anything to BAT. He is ready to push down anything and anybody just to actualize his dream!
So, expect many more junks from the table of the desperate BAT and his hatchet men! If a whole Editorial Board chairman of his Newspaper would write such putrid material in place of an editorial some time ago, what can’t we expect from them.
My happiness is that the average Yoruba – man, woman or children are not fools and can’t be fooled. Not now and not for BAT. When they read that piece, they will identify and see all the half truths, outright lies and embarrassing falsehoods contrived to hoodwink, cajole, coerce and dribble them into giving him their mandate undeservedly! If Tinubu or in fact anybody else consider themselves qualified to be president of Nigeria, they should leave mundane issues aside and campaign as Nigerians after all the battle is to become the president of Nigeria not to be president of Yoruba land, Igbo land or Arewa land! Peter Obi has said over and over again that people should not vote for him because he is an Igbo man! He is asking for their votes as a qualified person to be president! Tinubu has begged for the campaign to be issue based yet he and his cronies keep throwing in rotten eggs from the sides because that is the only thing they know how to do best. They have nothing in their bag worth listening to and their principal has nothing to say either.
Unfortunately, we must drag this campaign to be issue based but if they decide to throw the first stones, the OBIdients have enough to go round. So, head or tail, they have no argument!
God bless Nigeria and all Nigerians who have decide against all odds to engage with Obi to take back our country because we have to have a country before party loyalty or any other mundane considerations!
