Recalled the distinguished senator had facilitated an erosion control project on the Ota-Itele..Aiyetoro Road to cushion the pains of users of the roads and with a view that the road receives the attention of the government for construction proper. However, what is evident since contractors moved to the site is a focus on the Ota township part of the road, therefore, leaving out the Itele/Aiyetoro axis from benefiting from this infrastructural intervention. .The residents have complained about poor speed of the project, the distinguished senator Olamilekan Yayi responded that though the contractor was supposed to split kick-off on both ends of the road, therefore, he announced that the contractor will begin work from the Itele /Mopol section from 23rd January 2023.” Copied from Itele FB account

Ndigbo community leaders in Aiyetoro Onibudo have expressed confidence that given the speed of the project,it is expected that that Senator Yayi will complete work at the MOPOL junction end before the rains begin to ease the suffering of the masses. The Ndigbo community continues to support Senator Yayi in full and wish him success in the coming elections
