The Presidency we cannot afford/Mr Romeo

Fine and good, but my problem with him is that he is too old and sick to tackle the numerous challenges of the office of the president of the FRN. Nigeria cannot afford a president who is so distant from the people that he cannot submit himself to one-on-one interviews, debates and townhall meetings where Nigerians will have the opportunity to publicly scrutinize him and speak out their challenges directly to him. We cannot afford to be governed by an unelected cabal who will cause Nigeria a second affliction due to power play while the president is spending mist of his time in foreign hospitals. We cannot afford a president who has found no Christian worthy and capable enough to be his VP especially in this period when there is so much persecution against Christians in Nigeria?

We cannot afford a president whose VP is not just a fellow Muslim but a Muslim fundamentalist who is a known terrorism sympathiser and enabler and whose mindset is directly opposite that of the president especially in the restructuring of the country. We cannot have a VP who has been proven through a leaked tape that would make life unbearable for Ndigbo at the slightest opportunity.

How can I see a second affliction coming and still go ahead to vote for him? How can I see a man with shaking-dancing hands and legs, memory loss, wearing diapers and speaking in strange balablu-blu-bulaba language and still go ahead to vote him into power? What will I tell posterity? How can I explain and defend my action to my children and grandchildren whose future I will have mortgaged?
