INEC contracted Amazon Web Service (AWS) to build them a website and provide electronic materials for the 2023 General Elections.

AWS went ahead, built the Servers and provided the BVAS Machines that INEC used to conduct the elections.

All the servers used for the General Elections were installed at the INEC HEADQUARTERS Abuja, by AWS who was also responsible for the protection of those servers from hackers and internet fraudsters.

Whatever anybody does with those Amazon installed Servers is being monitored by the providers from their World Headquarters in the US. Who does what, when, where and how, Amazon knows everything 100% from their office.

Who logged into the server, what he did after logging in and when he logged out, Amazon knows exactly.

Every hidden or secret thing one does with those Servers, Amazon has all the clear records of everything from A to Z.

All the INEC manipulations, ‘wuruwuru’ and their fake stories, Amazon knows everything.

Unfortunately for INEC, they only focused on the lies to tell Nigerians provided they justify the money they collected from Tinubu but they never cared or bothered about the consequences. The after effect, they never cared to know. They thought that everything would always be business as usual. That’s why they could say “go to court” with all satanic boldness.

In his characteristic manner, the former Minister of Information, Mr. Lai Mohammed shortly after Tinubu was selected as the winner, travelled to the US and told the whole World that “Hackers hacked into INEC Server and that was why the transmission of the Presidential results was halted”. What a shame of a liar! That was an indirect way of indicting AWS before the whole world. It didn’t end there, INEC back home defended themselves by jettisoning the reason proffered by Lai Mohammed and said that they had “Technical Glitches” with their Servers on the election day and that was why the Presidential election results couldn’t be uploaded real time as they promised.

His Excellency, Mr. Peter Obi who was told to “go to court” Subpoenaed AWS to appear before the PET to testify how their Servers suddenly developed “Glitches” only at the very point of transmitting the Presidential elections results but did not affect the National Assembly elections results conducted same day, same time. So with so much anger in them, on the attempt of the Nigerian Government through INEC to tarnish their image worldwide, they appeared at the PET with 33 Reports from 6 Regions of the world that they cover or host server services to prove to the whole world that nothing was ever wrong with INEC Servers before, during and after the elections. They proved that INEC officials deliberately switched off or disconnected those Servers by themselves for reasons best known to them not because the Servers had any issue as INEC deceitfully told the world.

Both INEC and APC never saw it coming. They never believed His Excellency, Mr. Peter Obi could go that far. Unfortunately and shamefully, the best defense their lawyers could put forth is to always object and object clear evidences. Unfortunately for them, AWS evidences were all admitted in court despite their objection.

AWS appearance at the PET with their evidences is one of the highest points of the PET hearing.

His Excellency, Mr. Peter Obi has done his part in proving to the whole world the fraud that INEC perpetuated against Nigeria and Nigerians. It is now left for the judges to either write their names in gold or go down in history as men without honour. In whatever way you look at it, the JUDICIARY IN NIGERIA IS ON TRIAL.

Copied!
