Tribunal adjourns hearing as INECS witness fail to turn up

After 10 days of recess, INEC does not have anything tangible to defend against the electoral fraud they orchestrated at the presidential election on February 25th. Their lead counsel AB Mahmud said they have 3 witnesses but non of them showed up in court

After 10 days, INEC showed up to court unprepared and requested for an adjournment and the judges allowed them without a word. Court is adjourned to July 4, 2023 at 9am. Wow!
