I watched a video where the Force PRO,

, made inaccurate and baseless comments on the petition by Erisco Foods Limited against Chioma Edoka. ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi claimed that my client was asked where she bought the Nagiko tomato mix from and she couldn’t answer.
This is a misleading claim by the Force PRO. I will assume he was misled by his colleagues. The three officers who came from Abuja to arrest my client in Lagos asked her at Ogudu Police Station where she bought the product from.
She told them the market she bought it and even offered to take them to the woman who sold it to her. The officers refused to go with her to the market.

The Force PRO also peddled the unsubstantiated claim that my client accused Erisco Foods Limited of using their product to kill or harm consumers. Not done, he alluded to the so-called letter of apology that was obtained under duress and oppression from my client.
·
The truth of this case is that the police is not interested in investigation. They just want to massage the ego of a big man; a billionaire for that matter with a large pocket.
Right from the Ogudu Police Station to the Force Headquarters, the officers were utterly unprofessional, blatantly biased and accusatory in their conduct. They had reached their conclusions before interviewing Chioma.
