and suddenly, the police stopped investigating, and first claimed incorrectly, that the complaint should not have been brought in the name of the company, because I had resigned – a fact still under litigation in court. Later, when addressing the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee of the Supreme Court, DCP Lanre Ogunlowo, whom had been supervising the investigation, claimed that they had stopped the Criminal Investigation because the matter was under Civil Litigation!! Since when did Civil Litigation become an obstacle to a Criminal Investigation under Nigerian Law? As things stand now, the@PoliceNG investigation into my Forgery and Stealing Petition against Folasade Balogun of Redbrick Homes International Ltd@amenestate and Amen City LTD, is stillborn, and this lends further credence to my position that Nigeria is indeed a Criminal State. When I say Nigeria is gone, I am speaking from DIRECT and PERSONAL experience.
