GOV. UZODIMMA SET TO ABOLISH THE OFFICE OF SA ON LAND RECOVERY, AS ALLEGATIONS OF BRIBERY SOAR!
GOVERNOR DIRECTS ALL LAND RECOVERY INQUIRIES TO THE OFFICE OF SSG INSTEAD OF OFFICE OF THE “LAND RECOVERY”!

The newly appointed SPECIAL ADVISER To the Governor on “LAND RECOVERY”, Mr. PASCHAL NWAKAMMA, Popularly referred to as” DUM -DUM, “has been accused of collecting money from unsuspecting land owners who are afraid of losing their land on the guise of land recovery.
Some residents of Ekpema layout who reported this, specifically accused MR PASCHAL NWAKAMMA “DUM -DUM”, of storming his property with some GUN wielding thugs to collect money from them after threatening to stamp their landed property as one of the lands to be recovered by the 3R GOVERNMENT of SEN HOPE ODIDIKA UZODIMMA!
The land owner (NAME WITHHELD), cried out that, the activities of the UMUAHIA ABIA STATE BORN PASCHAL NWAKAMMA “DUM DUM”, and his thugs, is causing menace and warned that if not quickly addressed may snowball into a security situation in the state.
Worried by the spate of reports of incessant ugly stories of bribe taking from the stables of Dum-Dum, GOVERNOR HOPE ODIDIKA UZODIMMA immediately directed the immediate blockage of the office of the SPECIAL ADVISER ON “LAND RECOVERY”, headed by MR PASCHAL NWAKAMMA “DUM DUM”, as he recently did, through a Public NOTICE issued by the Secretary To the State government and signed by the SSG himself, Chief Cosmas Iwu that all land related disputes should be sent to the SSG instead of the office of the “SPECIAL ADVISER ON LAND RECOVERY”!.
The statement read in part: “His Excellency has approved the forensic audit of all land documents, including but not limited to, Building Plans and Certificate of Occupancy effective January 2007 to December, 2023
Consequently, anybody claiming to be in possession of such land documents purported to have been issued by the government or its agencies should submit THREE COPIES OF THE TITLE DEEDS OR ANY EVIDENCE to the office of the Secretary to the Government of Imo State within 21 days of publication of this NOTICE.”
The IMO STATE GOVERNOR has not only blacklisted the office of “SPECIAL ADVISER ON LAND RECOVERY”, but has gone ahead to put him under discreet investigation as more petitions and evidences pile in.
This may be the end of the road for the untoward activities of MR PASCHAL NWAKAMMA DUM DUM from UMUAHIA ABIA STATE, as the GOVERNOR has beamed his searchlight on him and may any moment from now decisively address the allegations of bribe taking which has been rocking the newly created office.
