“Democracy is violated in countries and everyone sits and watches”, denounces Abdoulaye Diop During a briefing session with the Diplomatic and Consular Corps accredited to Mali, Malian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdoulaye Diop, on Tuesday accused ECOWAS of collusion with external powers to attack Niger. “It is the collusion of the organization or certain leaders of the organization with external powers to attack a country,” he said. “From this moment on, we are all insecure.
