Victims threatens to lead protest over Edo state police extortion of N10M

Notice of protest against Crack Team, AIG, Zone 5. This is to officially inform the admins and members of this notable group that the right of one Mr Esosa Demond Ediagbonya has been infringe upon by team of the Crack Unit of AIG Office, Zone 5 led by Rex Makanju. Esosa Desmond Ediagbonya had a contract with his friend Jude, and due to delay in the conclusion of the contract, the said Jude started sending threat messages and calls. As a result of this, Esosa Desmond Ediagbonya made a formal complaint of threat to life to Nigeria Police Force, Edo State Command to call Jude to order and peace was restored. The IPO in charge of the matter invited both parties to the state Command on Monday 15th April, 2024, unknown to Desmond that Jude has connived with Rex Makanju and his exploitative team. On this same fateful day, as Esosa Desmond Ediagbonya and his brother were exiting the command, some Policemen attached to Crack Team under Rex Makoju in their Sienna came in a commando like style and forcefully took them to the AIG office Zone 5.. Esosa Desmond Ediagbonya and his brother were assaulted and forcefully withdrew #10,000,000 from his account.. Attempt by Esosa Desmond Ediagbonya to explain to them that the money was not his, proved abortive as the Officers insisted that they will never return the money back to him.. All effort to resolve the issue and request for the refund the money forcefully collected also prove abortive. To this end, we are giving Rex Makanju and his team 48 hours to do the needful or we shall embark on a massive protest against extortion.. Injustice to one is to all. We say cabudo rejectamenta to police extortion in our society.
