Having a training school is not unique to the Directorate of Islamic Affairs; the Catholic and Protestant denominations also have their own training schools.Gen S K Usman (retd)

I will forward you my response to a fellow Member of the National Institute (mni) on AANI platform last night. It will answer your question.
Good evening distinguished. Your message is based on a false and mischievous alarm caused by someone ignorant of the Nigerian Army’s values of fairness, freedom of worship, and tolerance among its personnel. The Nigerian Army places a high premium on professionalism, which is founded on comprehensive training. All corps of the Nigerian Army, except the newest two (Women and Aviation Corps), have training schools. Therefore, having a training school is not unique to the Directorate of Islamic Affairs; the Catholic and Protestant denominations also have their own training schools. Rest assured, the Nigerian Army is committed to these principles and does not operate in the manner you suggest. Attached are photographs of the other religious denominations as I pointed out earlier: General SK Usman Retired
