The President of ECOWAS , Dr Allieu Touray essentially concede that there will be no effective ECOWAS block without the Sahelean nations. He talked about $500 million terrorism funds that were earmarked for the Sahel, in jeopardy, and the sharing of intelligence, movement of goods and people
